ISPT  Midtown - 246 Bourke St, Melbourne

Alpha was engaged as Project Manager by one of Australia’s largest unlisted property fund managers, ISPT, for the tenancy base building upgrade and common area refurbishment to L2 and L3 of their Midtown building at 246 Bourke St, Melbourne, totalling approximately 2,400 sqm.

Midtown is a seven (7) storey building on one of Melbourne’s busiest public corners, Bourke and Swanston Sts, with a mixed use of commercial offices over six (6) levels and retail ground and basement levels.

The project included all base building services to the tenancy areas, tenancy separation on both floors, as well as common area refurbishment to the lift lobbies and amenities.

Alpha continue to work with ISPT on this building and subsequently project managed the refurbishments of the ground floor lobby, L6 amenities and lift lobby in May 2010 (please refer to Commercial Projects page for details).

Alpha is currently engaged as Project Manager for the facade remediation and retail mall/entry refurbishment projects, as well as Client Representative for the lift and escalators upgrade.
