We are an independent project and construction management consultancy based in Melbourne, with a portfolio that extends across most other capital cities of Australia and a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Backed by extensive experience and in-depth industry and market knowledge, our team’s capabilities extend across the complete life cycle of a project, enabling us to manage every phase from concept development and strategic planning through to detailed design, construction and operational services.
We apply whichever delivery method best suits the project requirements: full design, tender and construction; conventional design and construct; design, novate and construct; or fixed design, profit, construction prelims and open book trade.
Our commercial independence from other contractors, service providers and suppliers enables us to hold all project team members accountable and focused on delivering the project objectives.
At the core of our business is integrity and trust. We work collaboratively with our clients, and often become a natural extension of their operations, putting their vision and requirements at the forefront of any project.
Our approach is underpinned by our values and business principles, which guide the delivery of our advice and services, and underpin project success.
