BlackRock engaged AlphaPCM as Project Manager and Superintendent for the base building refurbishment of one of their key Melbourne assets in its investment management portfolio.
The project included multiple work streams in a live environment with a tight timeframe, including a refurbishment to the ground floor foyer / lobby, L1 & L2 lobbies, L2 amenities refurbishment, L2 tenancy upgrade and separation, in accordance with their leasing commitments.
The final stage of the project included the replacement of combustible cladding the external façade of the building, in preparation for BlackRock’s subsequent sale of the building.
The building remained in occupation throughout the project and three (3) concurrent tenancy fitouts were undertaken while the base building works were undertaken, which required careful planning and detailed communication.
