
Since their establishment in 1936, Cancer Council Victoria (CCV) has developed an international reputation for innovative work in cancer research, prevention and support. As an independent, not-for-profit organisation, CCV play a leading role in reducing the impact of all cancers on all people.
Following the realisation of some of their property assets in Carlton, CCV subsequently leased an office building at 615 St.Kilda Road, Melbourne, and engaged AlphaPCM to deliver an 8,500sqm building refurbishment and office fitout. The project was undertaken over a fast tracked 10 week period with a staged transition.
The state of the art workplace environment included six (6) floors of workstation areas, high end breakout spaces, amenities upgrade, as well as the full lift and lobby refurbishments to all levels.
In addition to the workplace areas, a public atrium area, heritage pump house, retail store, café, and reception / waiting area were also delivered.
