Casselden End of Trip Facility by Alpha Project Management

For over 20 years, ISPT’s properties have been meaningful places for the retailers, companies, government departments and communities that use them. They generate returns for their Investors, which are some of Australia’s largest industry superannuation funds, and ultimately the 50%+ of Australian workers who have their retirement savings invested through ISPT. ISPT’s $16 billion portfolio invests and develops commercial, retail, industrial and residential property in Australia.

As part of the phase 2 redevelopment of the Casselden, 2 Lonsdale St, Melbourne, Alpha provided Project Manager and Superintendent services for ISPT, for the state of the art end of trip (EOT) facility. This second EOT in the building effectively doubles the building’s EOT capacity. A refurbishment of the building’s other EOT (built as part of the phase 1 redevelopment by Alpha in 2013) to current quality standards and expectations was also completed, while maintaining an operational EOT during construction.
