Alpha Project Management has helped with an office fitout in the Melbourne suburb of Cremorne

Alpha’s relationship with this organisation commenced in 2006, when Alpha were engaged to project manage the integration of their St.Kilda Road offices into their Como South Yarra offices.

Following multiple office refurbishment / churn projects at Como across all three (3) levels of their tenancy, this client relocated to a single floor 2,700sqm tenancy in the Cremorne commercial precinct. Due to their impending lease expiry at Como, and staged vacancy of the new tenancy, the project was fast tracked with multiple staged handover and occupancy.

The multiple staged handover required careful consideration and planning, to ensure both old and new tenancies could function as business as usual, while keeping control of a high-speed construction programme. As part of a global group, the new tenancy was filled with high-tech facilities such as the telepresence room, VTC rooms, multi-purpose meeting rooms, as well as the an experience centre (a place for visitors to appreciate the works of the local and global group).

The final pieces of the tenancy include a 30 person screening room with cinema quality seating and AV and an outdoor patio / automated pergola.
