
With NAB (& retail tenants) vacating the entire building at 500 Bourke St (500B) in October 2021, ISPT was presented with a once in a generation opportunity and a unique window, to reflect on the changing nature of corporate real estate and its impact on how people work, live and play. This redevelopment has been approached differently and creates a unique offer in the Melbourne commercial office market.
There is a strong focus on concreating a place that is a responsible investment. This is underpinned by the decision to retain the existing building and further supported by the authentic minimisation of waste and sustainability focused decisions, with 6-star Green Star & 5.5-star NABERS Energy targets.
